Quotes and Assessments

• Changes to scope, site conditions, or access may affect pricing

Safety and Site Access

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring pets, occupants, and third parties are kept clear of work areas

Bardon Trees reserves the right to stop or reschedule work if safety is compromised.

Zero Damage Pledge and Limitations

Where applicable and agreed in advance, Bardon Trees may offer a Zero Damage Pledge as outlined on our website.

This pledge applies only to risks reasonably within our control and does not cover:

• Pre-existing damage
• Underground services not disclosed
• Unavoidable risks explained prior to work
• Force majeure events (e.g. extreme weather)

Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in the quote or invoice
• Payment is due within the timeframe stated
• Late payments may result in additional fees or interest as permitted by law

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover lost time or preparation costs
• Weather or safety-related rescheduling will be managed professionally and communicated clearly
